It can be used up to 25 times with proper care. 
Do not apply to damaged, sunburned, sensitive or irritated skin.
Do not use for more than 8 hours per day.
Wash the cover ups under running water with a use of soap. Leave it to air dry. Store back in the pouch and secure it with the plastic sheet to sustain the adhesive's efficacy.
